While first impressions don’t tell the whole story, I believe our experiences shape us in visible ways. Combining this intuition with deep listening allows me to quickly understand and support my clients.

Instilling Confidence + Purpose

Launching my career in a high-end, black-tie restaurant serving esteemed clientele was an invaluable learning experience. I thrived in this environment, where anticipating guest needs became a central focus. This early emphasis on personalized service was instrumental in my growth as a coach. 

And now, as a Life and Health coach, I leverage these intuitive skills to translate clients’ needs into tailored solutions, gently guiding them from tumultuous, emotionally corrosive challenges, into calmer seas with restored confidence and passionate purpose.

My Transformation Journey

Further fueling my work is my health metamorphosis. Amid the throes of new fatherhood taking care of twins, the need for change manifested through waning energy, unwelcomed reflections in the mirror, and decreased physical mobility.

During this period of emotional and physical struggle, I reached out to a life coach—Northern Irish actor turned coach, Michael Legge, as well as nutritionist Renee Lynn, who quickly restored my hope by helping me prioritize getting a good night’s sleep, preparing more nutritious, home-cooked menus and dedicating time for the gym.

A slow-and-steady-wins-the-race resolve built grit and resilience and ultimate physical and emotional outcomes. I shed 40 pounds, my cholesterol numbers improved, and my energy soared! 

Getting People to Where They Want to Be, and Keep Them There

But there’s so much more to the story. As Tony Robbins says, “95% of people abandon their New Year’s resolutions by the second week of January.”

Similarly, with weight loss, if I wasn’t consistent, I could have gained the weight back in short order – reverting to the start line.

Creating a sustainable change meant extending an initial 3-month coaching engagement into a 3-year storied relationship. I liked having that go-to coach who continued to push me in the right direction – sometimes with just a couple of words.

Similarly, when I work with clients, my goal is not only to guide them to a path of confidence and reinvention but also to keep them there. Doing so means embarking on a continuous journey of exploration: clarifying not only their what but also their why, and then unearthing and acting upon the how. 

Applying this highly personalized approach grounded in specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and time-bound goals, I empower clients with tangible steps and nourishing resources. Couple this action-oriented strategy with attentiveness, inspiring energy, and active listening, and I aspire to put clients at ease, as I gently guide them to arrive – and stay – at their destination goals.
